Earth Poi (we need to hurry)

Ana Henneberke (Dutch) has announced a beta application called EarthPOI that mashes up Google Maps with custom Ajax code using Prototype and the Prototype Window Class.
EarthPOI is a community of people that share Points of Interest (POIs). It’s all about discovering earth and its most interesting places. This is a little like bringing Google Earth meta data to Google Maps.
We (Me and Mattijs) really need to hurry up, But our project still hase cool featers that aren't out there yet, and make more sence than the ones announced today.
