Personally I wasn't all that happy with the new version of googlereader, and I've switched back to the old version.
For one thing I think it stinks that they created an interface that categorizes blogposts by tags, with categories that enlist all their child-blogposts, which results in blogposts with several tags enlisted twice over different categories/tags..
